Is there really no per-seat charge?
Yes. Starter covers up to 2 people, Studio up to 5, and Firm up to 15. Within those limits, adding a person costs nothing. Larger firms get a custom plan.
What do payments cost?
Card and ACH payments run through your own Square account at Square's standard processing rates. DesignCore360 adds no payment fee on any plan.
Is migration actually free?
Yes, on every plan, including the trial. We import your clients, projects, product library, vendors and open orders from your current software or spreadsheets.
Do I need QuickBooks?
No. DesignCore360 handles invoicing, deposits, payments and job profitability on its own. If your bookkeeper uses QuickBooks Online, Studio and Firm plans sync invoices, payments and vendor bills.
How are scans priced?
Scans are quoted per project by square footage and the drawings you need, and you can pass the cost to your client. Firm plans include two scan credits a year.
Can I cancel any time?
Monthly plans are month to month. Annual plans are paid up front with two months free. Your data exports in standard formats whenever you want it.
